This Live session is shown from Dezire clinic Delhi. The patient has grade 2 Gynecomastia and his surgery was done under local anaesthesia with sedation by Dr. Prashant Yadav (M.S, M.CH). In his surgery peri- areolar incision was given below the nipple-areolar region. Patient doesn’t feel any pain during the surgery; if he feels some pain then we give injections so that patient completely sleeps during the surgery.
Tumescent solution was infiltered in the area and fat emulsification or liquefaction of fat was done with VASER. Fat was aspirated from both chests till the end point. Incision is made bigger and glandular tissues were taken out from both sides of chest.

Ans. After 2-3 days of the surgery you can start doing cycling. If you feel comfortable you can start cycling after 24 hours also.
