1. Q. ​Plz tell me without stractes Gyenocemastia surgery possible or not

Ans. For removing glands we have to create sufficient spaces, we have to make cut and then remove the glands.  If the gap between two opposing skins is not closed then skin will not heal. Scar line will be fine, there is no method which can melt gland

1. ​ sir gyno ke surgery krane k bad hum army medical may fit rahenge ya ni sir please tell me

Ans. Army physical standards are of very high grade their medical examination is very tough.  If there is small puffiness they will send you for correction, if you are preparing for army then get it corrected and after surgery they will not reject you.

1. What about cellulite upper arms and some flabby ? Can be corrected with lipo or surgery?

Ans. Cellulite can be corrected by VASER. Upper arm is flabby and loose because of fat deposition. We can treat it and give good shape by VASER 360 degree for upper arm. We can make the desire changes in your arms to get rid of change in cellulite.

1. sir, if I shred my body fat and chest fat completely then only gland removal will be done or liposuction is mandatory? I’m ready to do heavy exercise to reduce chest fat

Ans. Even if you lose  weight heavily and if you have developed Gynecomastia the frontal chest will remain like that particularly nipple areolar region especially the front part. Glandular development will not give you the chest shape which you want.

Ans. No permanent side effect of surgery only temporary side effects such as swelling, bruises, redness etc.

​Q. there is very little difference and Yess how long do I need to wear compression garment and when can I go for gym

Ans. Minute difference will be there and  you have only completed 20 days. You can go to gym do exercise and build muscles you will get good result. You have to wear compression garment for 2 months.

Q.​sir gym start kabse kar skte after gyno surgery

Ans. After 3-4  weeks you can go to gym and  do heavy exercise

Ans. I don’t count the number of surgery.  I don’t have any unhealthy competition with anyone. I do surgery and treatments and I take responsibility and solve the problem

Ans. Liposuction is done to contour the chest. If we don’t do liposuction then there will be a depth. Fat is always mixed with glands in most of the chest

1. sir lipoma kaise kam kara sakte hai???

Ans .No medicine or treatment for lipoma, you will get medicine for lipoma on google but not its treatments. Lipoma surgery only cures lipoma which is definitive treatmnet

Ans. No there is no other option apart from lip reduction

1. how to identify in my chest gyno or chest fat

Ans.  In gyno nipple areolar diameter is increase, pain and tenderness, swelling will be seen. It cannot be reduced by doing workout and exercise. In chest normal fat will be seen deposited in chest region which can be reduced by doing workout.

Ans. There is no psuedogynecomastia  but I treat it also

​ Q.  sir I cunsulted one Dr. He told me that he will do surgery without cutting at the areola region. he will first break the glands and after that he will take out the glands from side of chest.

Ans.  I can make cut on nipple or anywhere else to remove the gland. The gland becomes loose when and if the gland is tough then how you can remove. The concept is same the advantage in making cut in front side because it causes very less scar.  I have experience in this, side cut may be bigger we have to cut the glands in pieces if the gland is bigger than we have to cut  it in pieces.

Ans. I do surgery under both local and general anaesthesia the choice depends on your preference and your condition

1. ​how’s nipple technique to remove gland . is it scarless and successful?

Ans. I have done infra nipple  incision and , if gland is bigger than we have to make bigger incision. In some cases I have done incision below nipple because of small glands.  Surgeon techniques are different what gives result is also very important. You have to choose what is better. If we will make cut small scar will be there and every technique is successful.

​ Q. compression garments kitne week wear karna hota

Ans. You have to wear compression garment for  2 weeks.

1. ​3 month gone of chin liposuction, but didn’t recovered the Skin Mark

Ans. I have seen your pictures, you send your recent picture as your skin is loose it is therefore taking more time

​Q. ​gaynocomestia aur lipoma me kya antar hai…

Ans. Gynecomastia  is chest problem, lipoma can occur all over the body. Gynecomastia is seen only in males and lipoma can be seen in both male and female.

1. ​sir ap gyno local anethesia mei kerty ya general mei?

Ans. I do surgery in both under local or general anaesthesia.

1. ​can we have scarless surgery or can we remove scar from plastic surgery.

Ans. Any surgery we do will have a small mark, it will a very fine line with doesn’t becomes visible. After healing it merges and it is not visible.

1. ​sir swelling kia zada hotii hai like kafhi moti ho jati swelling?

Ans. No, there is not much swelling and it resolves on its own

1. ​sir gyno h Endocrinologists ke pass jana shi rega kya

Ans. You have to go to plastic surgeon. They only treat hormonal problems

1. ​sir nipples ke niche ched karte hai liposuction ke liye…or kabhi pet ke upper se or kabhi shoulder ke pass ched karte hai wo kab or kaha hole karte hai?

Ans.  It is not like that, everyone has different concept. We make it by one incision peri-arolar  and we  also make incision in intramembrane fold in peri-areolar region.   If we have to do liposuction and gynecomastia  then I have to make incision in breast fold. It’s not according to my mood it’s according to planning to patient. I believe in minimum incision and maximum result.

Ans. Now everything is open. We everyday do surgery

Ans.After 24 hrs you can do your normal activity

1. ​will it be dissolving stiches or firse aana padega for stiches removal?????

Ans. Dissolvable will cause reaction. If you can’t come then you can remove it from your nearby clinic.

1. ​sir what about the seroma and sensation of the nipple after surgery

Ans. There is only little bit sensation in nipples which goes away after few days.

1. ​sir tempxifen can reduce gyno size or clomiphene?

Ans. It is not for gyno, you check on net see its side effects then you can get to know about the reality

Ans. You can do surgery. Hormone treatment is done by physicist endocrinologist we have all facilities available. 32 size is there we have no problem in doing keyhole, we have to check skin its quality, its elasticity we do it by new approach, you will  not have any problem

1. ​how to check tumor is lipoma or not??

Ans. It can be checked by clinical examination or you can go for USG  or FNAC.

1. ​sir gyno cancer nahi hai ye main kaise samzau.Log muze pareshan kar rahe.

Ans. Gynecomastia is not cancer. Most people tell it is cancer because of the swelling any swelling is considered to be cancer. Gynecomastia is not cancer it is a cosmetic condition and it is easily treated by surgery.
