♦Live VASER Lipo + Gland removal 🛑Gynecomastia Surgery @DezireClinic ​

In this Live surgery Dr. Prashant Yadav (M.S, M.CH) has demonstrated bilateral, Grade 2 Gynecomastia surgery of a patient. Surgery was done under general anaesthesia, and with only one incision fat and glands are removed. Small incision was made below both nipple areolar region and tumescent solution was infiltered in the area and fat emulsification or liquefaction of fat was done with VASER. Fat was aspirated from both chests till the end point. Incision is made bigger and glandular tissues were taken out from both sides of chest. Once the glands are removed the shape of the chest is changed. At last, incision is sutured and dressing was done

Ans. Pain will be only for 3-4 days after surgery. For reducing pain you will be prescribed with antibiotics and painkillers. Once Gynecomastia removed will never come back again.
