Hi.. So… I went to have my first appointment with Doctor Prashant Yadav : getting hair restoration via FUE… He was very informative and was the opposite of the hard sell… telling me all about the hazards, problems and issues with all hair transplant procedures (redness, swelling, recovery time)… He took the time to answer my questions.
Then he took even more time to pose a few questions to me… like (1) Why I was having it done, (2) What were my expectations? etc. He seemed to want to be sure that I had reasonable expectations… (luckily, I am a new englander… we have reasonableness tattooed on our butts by age two – which to me always seemed a bit extreme).
He also pointed out that the area where we were going to be transplanting to would permanently have hair… while the area next to could continue to bald… “so that would mean???”…. and he had me answer that question.
I was very happy with my first appointment…. I have alot to digest re: the transplant…. but if I get one… I will get it with Doctor Prashant Yadav and I will keep you all on yelp updated.
