During this consultation, you can express your concerns and desired outcomes. The surgeon will evaluate your medical history, examine your underarm area, and determine if you are a suitable candidate for the procedure.

Step 2: Anaesthesia

On the day of the procedure, you will be given anaesthesia to ensure your comfort throughout the surgery. The type of anaesthesia used can vary, ranging from local anaesthesia combined with sedation to general anaesthesia, depending on the surgeon’s recommendation and the complexity of the case.

Step 3: Incision Placement

The surgeon will make small, inconspicuous incisions in the natural creases or folds of your armpit. These incisions are strategically placed to minimize the visibility of any potential scarring.

Step 4: Fat Removal

Using specialised cannulas (thin tubes), the surgeon will carefully insert them through the incisions to access the targeted fat deposits. Step 5: Closure
