This live surgery session was conducted from Dezire clinic Delhi by Dr. Prashant Yadav (M.S, M.CH). He has shown Grade 3 Gynecomastia surgery of patient under General Anaesthesia. The patient has got lot of fat deposited on his chest region as well as on side of his chest. By making a small puncture hole below the nipple areolar region tumescent solution was infiltered. After that VASER emulsification of fat was done, VASER gently removes fat without damaging the surrounding structures. Once the fat was removed completely from the chest region then the glands were removed. At last the incision was closed and sutured.
