During medical examination if a candidate is found gynecomastia which is of grade 2 or more .the medical board tell the candidate to get rid of gynecomastia.

The point of rejection or selection depends upon the grade, severity of Gynecomastia. A fit candidate should be free of Gynecomastia, but in case one has, it is upon the Medical Board to take next course of Action.

The only definitive form of treatment of gynecomastia is vaser liposuction and gland excision. We at dezire clinic, having pan India branches performing the gynecomastia surgery on such candidate and after complete healing the entire patient has been successfully joined army. The candidate has not faced any problem during the medical board examination because of the surgery.

If a health issue is causing your gynecomastia, treating it will help. And if your breast size has changed because of a medicine you’re taking, you’ll see an improvement once you stop or switch to another drug. It’s also important to give up alcohol and any illegal drugs.

Surgery can also restore the shape of your chest and improve your self-image. While surgery is meant to give lasting results, you’ll need to stick to a healthy lifestyle to keep your new shape.

The only definite and permanent treatment of gynecomastia is liposuction to contour the chest and the axillary region and remove all of extra glandular tissue by small incision

Recovery time is 2 to 3 days. You will be discharge on the same day.

The stitches will be removed within 2 weeks time.

After complete healing there won’t be much visible marks.

There is no permanent risk or complications associated with the procedure.

It is always better to get it treated; otherwise they will send you for getting it surgically removed.

The glands and firm fat won’t go with any medication /exercise/lotions/creams.

It’s always better to consult a gynecomastia specialist surgeon.
